What happens in the replay

  2. 0:06. Game event: elimination. leo_lurks says “clean”.
  3. 0:10. Game event: another elimination. Nobody needs to comment on every one.
  4. 0:12. You say “did you see that?!” SamStatsGuy says “2 in 4 seconds”.
  5. 0:16. Game event: triple elimination. HypeHana says “WHAT WAS THAT”.
  6. 0:20. You say “clip that!” and the moment is marked as a clip.
  7. 0:21 to 0:41. Twenty seconds without talking. The replay speeds through the quiet part.
  8. 0:23. sleepyotter42 joins and says “just got here”.
  9. 0:42. After 20 seconds of silence, ninaplaysnothing asks you “what's the plan now?”
  10. 0:44. You say “sorry, focused. match point!” backseatben says “breathe. you had time”.

    Speech-to-text runs on your PC. Ask chat a question and it answers. Say “clip that” and the moment is marked for later.

Are the viewers in Echoless real people?

No. Every viewer in the Echoless chat is AI, and the app says so in the chat window. Echoless is a practice tool: it gives you something to talk to and react to while your real audience grows.

Can my viewers see the Echoless chat?

Only if you add the Echoless window to your OBS scene. Most streamers keep it on a second monitor. If you do show it on stream, say that the chat is AI.

Is my voice uploaded anywhere?

No. Speech recognition runs on your PC with whisper.cpp, and the chat runs on your PC through Ollama. Audio and transcripts never leave your computer.

What do I need to run Echoless?

Windows 10 (version 2004 or newer) or Windows 11, 16 GB of RAM, and ideally an NVIDIA graphics card with 8 GB of video memory or more. The setup wizard checks your PC and installs the free tools Echoless needs.

Will it hurt my game's FPS?

Echoless is built to stay out of your game's way. It watches your graphics card and scales its own work down or pauses it before your game feels it, and speech recognition runs on the CPU. The Diagnostics screen shows exactly what it is using.
